BEIJING, July 17 (Xinhua) -- China's securities regulator said it had approved the registration of synthetic rubber futures and options at the Shanghai Futures Exchange.
The China Securities Regulatory Commission will urge the Shanghai Futures Exchange to get well-prepared across the board, ensuring the smooth launch and sound operation of synthetic rubber futures and options, the regulator said in a statement on Friday.
BEIJING, July 17 (Xinhua) -- The ChiNext Index, tracking China's Nasdaq-style board of growth enterprises, was down 0.51 percent to open at 2,212.76 points Monday.
The ChiNext Index, together with the Shenzhen Component Index and other indices, reflects the performance of stocks listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
