BEIJING, Oct. 25 (Xinhua) — Chinese stocks closed higher on Friday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.59 percent to 3,299.7 points. The Shenzhen Component Index closed 1.71 percent higher at 10,619.85 points.
