BEIJING, June 12 (Xinhua) — Chinese stocks closed mixed on Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.08 percent to 3,228.83 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index closed 0.74 percent higher at 10,873.74 points.
