Chinese shares open mixed Thursday
BEIJING, Feb. 16 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks opened higher on Thursday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.04 percent to open at 3,281.74 points.
The Shenzhen Component Index opened slightly lower at 12,064.04 points.
