Heading into its 19th edition as a cultural staple of the city, Melbourne Art Fair brings together galleries and Indigenous art centres; artists and designers; the culturally curious and devoted.
The Art Fair is where you go to be seen and to see, to fall in love with a sculpture you should not touch, or to discover a new favourite artist. Beneath the champagne and buzz, there are potent installations, lively talks, dynamic moving image works and more.
Melbourne Art Fair 2026 also introduces the inaugural edition of FUTUREOBJEKT: a commercially-focused contemporary design salon.
Part stage, part salon, FUTUREOBJEKT is a platform for discovery: a place where collectors encounter the new, the daring, and the exquisitely made. Within the Fair’s vast architecture, FUTUREOBJEKT gathers the region’s most forward-thinking studios, galleries, and designers in a choreography of material and mind.
