TECHNOLOGY
Decoiler
Decoiler is a material handling machine located at the beginning of rollforming line used to hold the steel coil and safely pay off the steel strip.
We can make single head decoiler and double head decoiler. The latter one can load two coils at the same time, and reduce the production down time for new coil loading or coil change, to enhance the production efficiency.
Flexible punching
The punching system in a rollforming line serves key function related to the processing of metal sheets or strips, it is crucial for creating necessary holes and cutouts, customizing metal profiles, integrating components, enhancing functionality, streamlining production, and maintaining precision in the manufacturing process.
We can design an optimal punching machine based on factors such as the hole position on the profile, production line speed requirements, hole position accuracy, and other specifications. The punching machine can be positioned either in front of or after the rollforming machine. It can be equipped with either a mechanical press or a hydraulic press, and may use either multiple single dies or multiple dies within a single press where the system can automatically select the required punching die using anair cylinder.

Based on requirement of the profiles shape, the setup time and ruture product planning, we can optimize the production line and select the most suitable rollformer type for the customer.
