Chinese Shares Open Mixed Thursday

BEIJING, Jan. 25 (Xinhua) — Chinese stocks opened mixed on Thursday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.11 percent to open at 2,823.83 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.24 percent lower at 8,661.45 points.
